    • Airport bus X96 with final destination Piraeus, stops next to Niarchos Centre, stop Tzitziphies

    • From there it is a 15 min walk to AVA Hotel & Residences.

    • AVA Hotel & Residences is just off Syngrou Avenue, the main road from Athens historical centre to the coast.

    • The hotel offers limited underground parking on-site. Additional parking is available in the car park directly opposite the hotel, at approximately €7 per day.)

    • To visit Acropolis or Plaka, a taxi ride up to The Temple of Zeus, just before Hadrian Arch takes about 10-15 min and cost around 7-9 Euros. From this point the pedestrian road Dionysiou Areopagitou takes you up to Acropolis and Plaka.

  • Bus A2
    • Bus A2 (on Syngrou Avenue) will take about 20 minutes to reach Syntagma square.

    • For visiting Acropolis or Plaka get off at Makrygianni, 1 stop before Syntagma.

  • Bus & Metro
    • Bus B2 on Syngrou Avenue is about a 10 min. bus ride to Syngrou Fix Metro station, from where you can easily connect to other destinations in Athens.

  • Stavros Niarchos Cultural Centre & Park
    • Entrance to the park is just a 3 minute walk.

  • Flisvos Marina
    • Short tram ride, line 2 (stop Trokantero)

    • On foot, a leisure stroll along the seaside (20-25 min)
