  • Do all rooms have a view of the Acropolis?

    All of our suites feature a small balcony or veranda with a view of the Acropolis, with the exception of the Regular Suites, which overlook the inner courtyard and the Plaka neighbourhood.

  • Do you have a luggage storage room?

    Yes, we offer complimentary luggage storage. If you arrive before your room is ready or have already checked out but would like to continue exploring Athens, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us.

  • Do you have baby cots available?

    Yes, baby cots are provided free of charge for infants up to 2 years old.

  • Do you have connecting rooms?

    We do not offer connecting rooms. However, we do have spacious family suites that include a living room with sofa beds and a separate bedroom.

  • Do you offer tours?

  • Does the hotel provide laundry services?

    Yes, we offer laundry services (Monday to Friday) for an additional charge. Please note that laundry services are not available at weekends.

    Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms or public areas of the hotel.

  • Is the front desk available 24 hours?

    Yes, our reception is available to guests around the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. If your room is available earlier, we will be happy to offer you early access.

  • What cleaning services are provided?

    Daily housekeeping is included with your stay. Your suite will be cleaned and amenities replenished each day. Bathroom towels and bed linens are changed every two days.

  • What is included in breakfast?

    We offer an extensive breakfast buffet to give you the perfect start to your day. The selection includes freshly squeezed orange juice, multi-fruit juices, a variety of cheeses and cold cuts, eggs, bacon, sausages, grilled vegetables, pies, a range of cereals and breads, fresh and dried fruits, yoghurts, and sweets. You will also find traditional Greek specialities, as well as vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options.

    A reduced breakfast rate is available when booking a suite with breakfast included through our website.

  • Why is my credit card pre-authorised?

    We pre-authorise all credit cards to verify their validity and to guarantee your reservation.
