Do you have a 24 hour front desk available?

The reception is at the disposal of our guests 24/7.
Do you have a storage room?

The hotel offers a free storage room. If you arrive early and the room is not ready, or if you have checked out, but you still want to spend some time in Athens (e.g. late flight), you can store your luggage at our hotel.
Do you offer tours?

Does the hotel provide laundry services?

The hotel provides laundry services daily with an extra charge (except weekends).

What items do you have for breakfast?

The hotel offers an extensive breakfast buffet. Our lavish buffet offers a wide selection of products giving you a perfect start to the day. Enjoy freshly squeezed orange juice, multi-fruit juices, variety of cheeses & cold cuts, eggs, bacon, sausages, (grilled) vegetables, pies, variety of cereals & breads, fresh & dried fruits, yoghurts and sweets but also typical Greek traditional tastes, vegan & vegetarian options and gluten free products.
A reduced breakfast rate is offered when booking through our website a suite with breakfast included.
Do all the rooms have a view of the Acropolis?

All our Suites have a balcony or a veranda with a view of the Acropolis with the exception of the Regular Suites, as they have a view of an inner courtyard/Plaka neighborhood.
Do you have baby cots available?

Baby Cots are offered free of charge for infants up to 2 years old.
Do you have connecting rooms?

The hotel does not provide connecting rooms. However we offer large family suites, which consists of a living room with sofabeds and a separate bedroom.
Is smoking allowed?

We kindly advise you that in all rooms and public areas of the hotel, smoking is not allowed.
What is the check in/ check out time?

Check out time is 11:00pm and check in time is at 15:00. We will gladly provide you access to your room earlier if the room is available.
How can I amend my reservation?

If you have made a reservation through our website, you can amend a reservation online here or alternatively contact us directly (info@avahotel.gr , +302103259000). If you have booked your room through a third party, e.g. a Travel Agent or OTA (Online Travel Agent), please contact them for any amendments.
Why the credit cards have to be preauthorized?

We preauthorize all of the credit cards to check the validity and guarantee the reservations.
