Athens

modern and classical sights. This tour includes an overview
of the modern city and striking contrasts to the remains
of its glorious past. Drive by the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier
in front of the Parliament House on Constitution Square,
the Panathenian Stadium (site of the first modern Olympic
Games in 1896). See vistas of the Presidential Palace (ex

Cape
Sounion – Temple of Poseidon (Afternoon Tour - from

Driving along the coastal road past the wonderful beaches
of Glyfada, Vouliagmeni, Varkiza and countless coves, one
has a splendid view of the Saronic Gulf. A crowning feature

Ancient

port. From here, a short drive to Mikrolimano, another picturesque

Delphi

Drive through Levadia and Arachova (famous for its bright

1st
DAY: Corinth Canal • Drive to Mycenae the legendary

the channel to Antirion on the "state of the art"
new suspended bridge considered to be the longest and
most modern in Europe. Arrive in Nafpaktos, then continue
to Delphi. Dinner and overnight in Delphi.
3rd
DAY: In the morning visit the archaeological site and
the museum of Delphi. Then start the drive back to Athens.
